SHIPPING
US-based products and supplies are subject to a $15 flat-rate shipping charge per order.
China-based products are subject to a $60 flat-rate shipping charge per order and are handled through a separate ordering process.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Tracking information will be provided when available after an order has been prepared and accepted by the applicable carrier.
Carrier delivery estimates are estimates only. Black Hat does not guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, government actions, or circumstances outside Black Hat's reasonable control.
INTERNATIONAL AND IMPORT REQUIREMENTS
